Rambouillet

Today we went to Rambouillet forest, one hour from south west Paris.








The entrance in the site is 15 eur per adult and12eur per kid.
You can see wild animals (deers, wild boars, vultures). There is a  spectacular tree line pathway , 300 m long with variable heights (3-7m above the ground).
At entrance there is a small cafe where you can eat a snack and a nice playground.A great attraction for the kids is the poney ride.
On our way back we passed through very nice villages like Yveline, Dampierre.We even saw a classic cars parade.
We didn't go to Rambouillet castle- next time!

Tenerife

Trying to escape from the cold and rainy Paris in November, we were searching a place reacheable by plane and not very far, as we had only one week for this escapade. And like previous years, we have special occasions to celebrate- the anniversaries of our son and my husband! Canaries aren’t completely new for us, as we have visited Fuerteventura in 2015, but we could not even dream of such an extraordinary climate and landscapes as in Tenerife. Practically, the temperatures vary so little during the year, allowing to enjoy a 22degreee in water and 24-25 degree on air, at the beginning of November😀 We actually used sun screen protection! Tenerife is the biggest of  the seven Canary islands, which are Spanish territories on the west coast of Africa, only 100 km away from Morocco, in the Atlantic ocean.They are the southest European teritory. Lichtenstein

We were thinking of a summer holiday with warm temperature but not too hot, and definitely water, a sort of replacement for the sea...so we came with the idea of a round trip to Italian lakes, Como and Maggiore. We decided to have a stop in Vaduz, to see one of the smallest countries in the world-Lichtenstein, a kingdom ruled by the Prince Hans Adam II, settled between Austria and Switzerland and sharing German language with its much bigger neighbours.
